Sub-Contract Machining
Our equipment includes
- Three cnc vertical machining centres 1200mmx630mm working area
- One cnc horizontal machining centre 1000mm x 800mm working area
- Three cnc lathes up to 12" capacity,
- Three 525 amp Mig Welders
- Fully automatic Band Saw 250mm capacity
- Manual milling capacity
- Esprite cnc gas profiler 4000mm x 2000mm x 130mm plate size
No job is too big or too small and we are happy to produce single parts as well as batches of many 1000's.
We can work from hard copy paper drawings and CAD files, utilizing CAM, and we can read customers CAD files into our systems in any format and convert them as required. Files in AutoCAD, IGES, DelCAM or any other format can be attached and emailed or faxed directly to us for review and quotation.
ACROBAT (PDF) files are also welcome.
